Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 
  • 1/2 cup ground flax 
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Mini chocolate chips (to your liking)

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge

Recipe makes 30-40 balls.
